Customer Support is pretty much non-existent. If you have an issue or question - email, online portal and even their twitter account - will not be of any help. Your product is great and inventive BUT your customer support stinks.

No customer service support. I paid for an expedited order which meant I got to jump the queue, receive fully tracked shipping and have my order in 2-3 weeks. Well it’s 1 1/2 weeks in and they have yet to even send my images to the artist to be made. My order progress is still only in the first stage and there’s 7 more to go before it’s delivered.. Instead they would rather spam my email about making sure I review the company. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not do business with this company!! After some research it also appears that this company doesn’t send out its orders either, take a look at the BBB! Buyer beware!

I ordered close to three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. The item I ordered was intended to be a Christmas gift, but I'm starting to doubt it will arrive in time. I definitely thought ordering in November would be plenty of time, but maybe not...

Apart from the review I haven’t heard a thing from you ... was told I would get an e mail to preview the artwork in 3-5 days ,, 2 weeks later and still nothing ! Not happy
