The website looked nice and it was very detailed about the process of setting up your pet portrait. However the website kept messing up when I was going through the ordering process so I kept having to re-enter my information and worry whether or not I was going to be charged multiple times for one transaction. I cannot give a full review until I see the finish product but I am hopeful it will look nice and my girlfriend will enjoy her Christmas gift.

Easy to navigate, upload & interact with. My only critique is the currency (AUD to USD) didn't change up until after payment for some reason so there was a price increase on my end.

Easy to use and to navigate. Though I would have liked to see a sort-of version of what my specific picture would have looked on the portrait I chose. I did the best I could though with the provided examples (which were very helpful)

The overall experience was great! Exciting! Choosing the Theme type and uploading my picture was easy enough. My one observation was that, I was unsure which of two pictures to upload would have been better for your technician to use. (slightly different face orientations) If there is a review process, then that would help with my decision next time. Thank you!

It would be great to be able to put a group of the themes I like in a file so I can swipe through the options I am thinking about easily and compare. And if I could upload the photo I am going to use and be able to see it with the options I am thinking of so I can make sure I like the colors in the outfit with the animal.

Fun experience going through the website, I liked all the puns. Only reason its not 5 star is because it wasn't obvious to me if there was a "preview" option so u could see what it would look like before shipping

Since I have three pets in the portrait and they all face different directions, I was thinking it could be helpful if I could switch which picture would go in each place without having to go in and select it from my gallery each time. Just a minor tweak but I think it could be helpful.
