I placed my order over a week ago, and it has been sitting “waiting to send to artist”. I sent an email for follow up, with no response. Extremely dissatisfied at this point. The gift was supposed to be for Christmas, and it’s still sitting in review!

I have sent multiple emails over the last few weeks and haven’t gotten a response. Starting to get concerned about my order which is a Christmas gift.

Order was placed 7 days ago. I paid extra for expedited service. I am still waiting for the proof to approve. I sent an email follow-up asking when I should expect to see it....zero response. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very very concerned that it won't arrive in time. We are 15 days from Christmas and there is zero indication that my "expedited" order is even being worked on. I am so disappointed. :(

Would have been no stars but not possible. My shipping has remained the same for 2 months. Would not recommend. Was a Christmas present but clearly very unreliable.

I am still waiting for a confirmation email. There is no progress in my dashboard and nobody is answering my emails.

I ordered a portrait around a month ago, hoping that I would have it in time for Christmas. It’s still being reviewed by an artist and not put together or sent yet. Boo.

For my order 334048 it has been 4 business days that I have asked for a modification and I haven't gotten a response. The classy couple portait I asked for the head of the dog on the left to be modified because it looked bad and they always sent back the same picture without any modifications or barely I then had to change to a single portrait and haven't gotten a response since. I am dissapointed as this was meant to be a goofy christmas present. As it is an expensive gift I thought I would get better feedback. In the hopes of you getting back to me with express shipping.
