I got the pillow made and it really sint worth the 55 pounds I payed for it. It took along time to arrive and its not great quality for what you're buying

No idea about the status of my order that was placed well over a week ago, other than that it was received. I've requested info several times and have gotten no response. This is a gift and I need to know whether or not it can be completed and shipped in a timely manner.

This has NOT been a positive experience. There was a promise made that I would receive a preview of my order in 5-6 days yet here it is, almost 12 days later and nothing. Not the promised preview or the courtesy of a notice advising what’s going on. This is my second purchase from your company and it will probably be my last. Would really appreciate hearing from SOMEONE as this was meant to be a Christmas present so if the promised timeline can’t be met, I’d like to know.

Where is my order!?! No communication... nothing

I submittesubmitted my photos 2 weeks ago and havent gotten a review link yet or anynother email. I emailed to inquire and have not gotten a response.

I placed my order on the 2nd. It said expect to get the artwork to review in 5-6 days. Now past that and no communication from this company except for a bunch of email spam.

This company is a total scam. It said I would have a preview of my artwork within 5 to 6 days. It’s been a full week, I have no artwork preview, and I paid extra for the “fast track” process! I have sent three emails to customer service over the course of the week and not a single person has responded to me with an update on my order. I am beyond upset since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Do not order from this company! They’ll keep your money, put a hold on your order, and ignore you!!!

Unbelievably disappointed. I've had to basically send multiple emails to even get one reply in 5. Every step of the way it's been like pulling teeth. More and more delays, clearly I will be lucky if I get this thing by next Christmas, (never mind this Christmas) even though I placed my order LAST MONTH. They've expedited my shipping to next day. Who gives a crap? Can't ship "next day" if you have nothing to ship and the whole point was that this was a Christmas gift . Never, ever, ever would I recommend this company (unless you order 2 to 6 months ahead of time and even then, keep your fingers crossed). Had I spent five minutes doing the research I would have avoided them like the plague. Their F rating on the BBB website as well as the plethora of bad reviews on other sites, not to mention the Facebook page devoted to describing their bad service should have been the big red flag. (Expensive) Lesson learned.
