I would like a preview of my dog picture with costume before order is placed.

Good website experience, my only suggestion would be to offer a quick mock up of what the pet portraits might look like before you get the final proof.

The picture is fantastic! Great quality! But the back was put on backwards so I can’t hang it.

So right now you're asking me about the website. It's a little clunky, I had to really dig to find the canvas portraits. I love that you gave me many options, maybe it would be more helpful to give me all of those options for each product so that I didn't have to dig for the canvas on its own.

There was communication issues at first, but they were quick to rectify everything and I am not pleased with the results of the picture I bought. Thank you for fixing the issue and having me leave as a happy customer!

I am excited to see the product. Found the website easy to use, and I love the dashboard to track progress; but I am finding it hard to connect to raise edits prior to customer review period.

First of all, love you guys. Thank you for bringing smiles and cheer! I like the website, but have to say that the order processing was a bit glitchy. It is hard to find out the status of your order, maybe just ask for email and not order #? And I wish I had known sooner that I needed to approve something. I just went back into the website to track the shipment and saw that the order hadn’t started yet b/c the photos weren’t ideal. That is all. Otherwise love the ability to pick gender, # of pets, and the number of options available for the products. Thank you!
