I have ordered three canvasses in the past with no issues and have been very satisfied. But I placed an order two weeks ago and haven’t received a preview yet. Very disappointed. I know they are busy, but they should have allowed for that! They sure took my money, though. Very nervous this won’t make it for Christmas.

Terrible (non-existent) customer service and products not at all as advertised. Hidden charges and underhanded throughout. Denied refund when trying to cancel an order even though no product had been started or shipped. Instead they tried to charge extra to simple cancel the order without any refund at all. No continuity with the customer service and given 4-5 different names at random for their employees to deal with. Clearly a company to avoid despite their suspiciously high reviews shown on the website - yet more evidence of underhand business. To date, still no refund and still no sign of any product whatsoever. Waste of time and money!

So far, this experience has not been a good one. I placed my order on Dec 3, it said I would hear back about my photo quality within a few hours- I didn’t. I got a slew of marketing emails from them, but not a single one pertained to my order. Today, Dec 11, I checked my order status and it hasn’t even been assigned to an “artist” yet (AKA it’s not even being made). I have no idea when it will be ready, let alone ship, the communication with this company is terrible. It’s been 8 days and they’ve only taken my money and put “processing” next to my order. Update: today is the 17th, and it’s been assigned an artist, but no other update than that. The proof still hasn’t been sent to me. This has been an awful experience.

UPDATE 12/27: Still...waiting....communication is horrid. Three day turn around fir a reply. I was sent the wrong link to sign into my account. Revisions go unanswered. I’m about to cancel and call my credit card. Sad. Order placed, pic uploaded. Received email that picture wasn’t good enough. Replied with 3 other pics, asked if any of them would work. Waiting over 24 hrs for a reply. Paid upgrade to “jump the line” but at this rate it’ll never get done in time for Christmas.

It’s been over two weeks and I have yet to receive a proof for my order. My gift will not be here in time for Christmas and they will charge me a fee if I cancel. Will never buy from them again.

I placed an order 11-27 and as on 12-10 have not received a preview. Now I receive an email that it only takes 3 to 4 days after I received an email that its now going to be 11 to 12 days. Very poor communication.Buyer beware

Since last November 22nd, the procession of the order is stucked (“sent to artist”) Today is December 10th. Want my money back

Bad experience so far. They set expectations for when to expect proofs but do not meet their own time line. Customer support does little to acknowledge or resolve the issue. It will be a shock if my orders even arrive before the holiday.
