Great Photoshop job and result, but took really long to finally get printed

The website was easy to use, but I wish there was a way to see a quick preview of your pets face on each backdrop. Since the dog is white and female, it was hard to decide which backdrop worked best especially because of the white neck ruffles in the Renaissance backdrops. It would also be nice to have a backdrop that did not include the white ruffle but had a bright bodice.

The process of putting the portrait together was easy and fun! I will say that I am a bit disappointed because I originally had no shipping cost. When I first checked out, I didn't have my credit card info at the time. Once I went to enter my credit card info the shipping charged had popped up. Not a big deal because I'm just really excited to receive my portrait.

Easy service to use… however no artwork preview after 3 days???

I felt like the interface was a bit clunky in choosing both the theme and product but success in the end b

I asked the artist for a handful of revisions, and they did a great job! I'm so excited my husband to get his pet art :)

It took several tries but we finally got it, I’m glad customer service was so helpful, all in all I like the final result

The filter kept popping back to the main page without letting me apply the filter. Also wish you could get really specific (navy captain, etc.) but overall, we loved the options! Can’t wait to see the finished product.
