I provided feedback for my picture and it wasn’t changed at all, which was frustrating. I needed it for a gift so I just accepted it the way it was even though they didn’t adjust it like I specified

The artwork is great but my order has been queued for printing since December 7.

It’s been a couple days now… still zero update on if they have received my order or if they are working on it.

When I finally received my order (after Christmas even thoughI placed my order in November before cutoff), I was very disappointed to see that the full image I had expected was wrapped around the sides of the boxed canvas so that the portrait was cropped. The top, sides and the bottom can not be seen front on. What I had approved was not what I received. It is a cute image of my pet but I am very disappointed - especially after the poor Customer Service response time and the produce arriving late.

The final product is great, but the customer service was extremely disappointing.

Honestly the initial proof was awful. Whoever photoshopped didn’t put in much effort at all. It took 3 times before my request was done correctly but I’m happy with the final result.

It would be nice to see what the product looks like prior to purchase

I wanted to like Crown & Paw. I really did. Three out of four of my (relatively expensive, 60+ USD) products showed up, shoddily wrapped, and no attempt has been made to recover the fourth. Three out of four products, three out of four stars.
