It is unclear, when you place your order, the amount of time it takes to go through the process of order through delivery. It seemed like the whole process would take 1 - 2 weeks. In my confirmation email, it read that it would take two weeks for the employee to get back to me to review and approve the print. Well, that is not very helpful two weeks before Christmas.

I tried to upload photo from my laptops but it would not let me and I had to restart the process on my phone. I was able to upload the photo from my phone. It is the same photo in the same file, nothing different about it. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t allow me to do it on the laptop. In addition, I think it would be useful to get a preview of what you’re getting before spending $60 on it. I’m excited to see how it turns out, but also worried because I have no clue what it is going to look like.

Great gift idea. However, i just received my order confirmation and it says my order wont even be started until 10-14 days which means the person im gifting this too for Christmas wont receive it in time. The website should say this so the consumer can plan accordingly.

Ordered my artwork November 25, today is December 10. I’ve received multiple emails about how my package is ready and shipped and then more emails about how it’s still awaiting processing. I’ve reached out repeatedly to customer support only to be further confused by them linking a tracking number that doesn’t give me any details. The artwork itself is wonderful. However, the customer experience with the maze of misinformation is frustrating. Unfortunately, last time using this cute company. Sorry C&P. Maybe add a phone number so when people have questions we can get a direct answer.

I ordered two separate gifts (canvas 8x10). On one of the orders I made a mistake. I did approve the picture and know it was my fault (I picked the wrong dog!) Anyway, I reached out to customer service saying I knew I had to reorder the print since it was my mistake, but could I get a good discount. I received two different offers - the same one I originally got which was 30% off, and another representative gave me 20% off. I still reordered the picture with the correct dogs. So essentially, I have paid for 3 gifts. I just wish I would have received a better discount.
