I have not seen the product I paid for, so how can I rate this? When will it be forwarded to me?

It’s been a week since I ordered, and am still waiting for anything to happen.

Great product. Even in the mad dash of holiday shopping, a very simple and succinct buying experience. Transparency from the company is great, as the product arrives I will update review to reflect anything nor already mentioned. Wonderful experience. Updated 12/23/2020 I have yet to receive my product, have reached out multiple times asking for clarification on shipping times. Each response was met with generic platitudes, and no action no answers. I have no product to review so the 1. Start is based on the complete breakdown of transparency from the company and the way they have mishandled concerns. Would rate them lower but the company clearly does not care. I will update this review if anything changes.

Taking so long

I took a better photo of my dog hours after I placed my order. There is no way to contact you. I emailed customer service and never received an answer or any help. Your follow up and customer service stinks.

10 days later and it still hasn’t even been sent to the artist and will not arrive in time for Christmas. Even paid extra for queu jump. Literally have not heard a word in 10 days. Huge disappointment.

Still waiting to see my order...have no idea when to expect to receive it

it is 12/11. I ordered my print on 11/25. No word on my order. Unable to reach anyone regarding my order. I was expecting an email with a review of the work, but have not heard a thing. I sent the company an inquiry regarding my order but have yet to receive a response. I have, however, received multiple requests for a review. I wish I had a completed product to review.
