There is no customer service. Receiving auto replys can’t be considered communication. It has been almost 2 weeks since I ordered my canvas. I have not previewed it, as advertise it will happen in 5-6 days from order. When I sent a email for any communication, they still sent a auto reply saying the preview will be 2-6 days. Well we are on day 13. I will be filing bbb complaint.

Order is taking much longer than expected. Unable to check on the order status.

I am being asked by email to rate and review my order, but I have received nothing. So my rate would be 1 star, and my review would be not good.

Difficult to get a good enough picture of a cat. First, when placing the order, I never found the field that allowed me to upload pictures, so I paid, figuring they wouldn't let you upload until after ordering. Could have been due to an ad blocker or pop-up blocker? They should not allow you to place the order without photos having been uploaded in my opinion. Either way, I had to email customer service to ask about uploading the photos. While they have a very limited list of photo best practices for best results, they really don't explain that your photo needs to be virtually perfect, lighting and positioning-wise in order to be usable. This is extremely difficult with cats - especially cats that aren't high-contrast. This is a great idea, and hopefully we'll get fun gift out of the whole experience, but the ordering process barely gets one star from us. Probably better with dogs who will sit and stay. Probably better if you have a solid background and a good lighting setup. Super frustrating for us so far, though. It's been a week and we're still going back and forth with the company to get a photo that will work.

Ordered the day after thanksgiving and still no review email. All Ive received from them is this review link and spam. Very little chance this Christmas gift will arrive in time. Order placed 1 month before Christmas EDIT: Filed Paypal claim and received my money back. Ordered from canvasist and proof was sent the next day.

I was told I would have a proof in 3-5 days. It’s been over 2 weeks and nothing.

I paid for expedited process. Here we are on day 6 and I haven’t received any updates even with emailing customer service. (Who has yet to respond)

There is no customer service for this company. Literally no response to artwork review comments, the contact us link on their website or replying to their emails. Now my Christmas gift that I ordered on 11/21 is just sitting in limbo with NO IDEA if and when they will respond to my artwork comments. I tried to dispute the charge but I paid with PayPal and I don’t see any way to dispute the charge so who knows how this will end. Can’t recommend.
