It's been over 2 weeks since my order and my order still has yet to be sent to the artist, let alone submitted for approval. Their website says 5-10 days to ship and I understand that it may be 5-10 business days, but it's even been more than that with not even a draft from the artist. Christmas time or not, if something is posted on your website, you should be held to that or put a notice on your site so people know.

I ordered 5 items. Still waiting on 3of the proofs on pics that are supposed to be delivered before Christmas No response from customer service

I ordered two pillows. The product is wonderful, but the customer service NIGHTMARE I went through was unbelievable! At the end of the day, my November 11 order was just delivered yesterday (Dec 12) and I was given an incredible run around while attempting to get my products. The fact that they refuse to provide a phone number for contact should have been a tip off. Do yourself a favor and order from one of the other companies out there.

I am unable to approve the artwork on the website and customer support is no help over email and there is no telephone customer support. Think twice.

So far I'm at 8 days since order placed and still haven't seen the plan. I understand it's Christmas time but 8 days?

Ordered mid-November, received >10 advertisement mails and 0 products.

Haven’t received order yet, was told 5 - 6 days to see the artwork, then 11 - 12 and now at 16 days later still nothing. No contact from the company unless I reach out for updates. Rip off.

My credit card has been charged and 7 days later I still don't have a proof of my art work or any word on when it will be ready. Disappointed.
