Pretty good so far. I am waiting to see the actual picture of my pet before I make a complete assessment. It was a fairly easy process, the only problem was I was given a code on a text message to receive 10% off, and I tried that code several times and it would not take it. Fortunately, I had received a different code via email, and that one worked. Not sure why I would be sent a code that could not be used. Other than that, good experience.

Love the process, only reason a 4 star and not 5 star is it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone in regards to my purchase. I’m super excited, just curious what’s going on more than anything

For some reason I could not upload my pet photo on laptop, it worked only on iPad. Otherwise everything is really great on the website! :-)

The ordering process was mostly nice and easy. The only recommendation I have is to provide the option to switch the template/outfit choice after you have uploaded the pictures. We had originally picked one background then, after uploading pictures and before ordering, we changed our minds. It would have been nice to have an option to change the background option without having to upload the pictures again. If this option already exists, I couldn't find it right away. We CANNOT wait to see our preview!
