12 days now waiting for my picture review...still no email

Placed my order Nov 27th and its 12/14 and still have not received a proof. I've sent multiple messages to customer service with no response. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and if I still haven't heard anything in the next day or two I plan on disputing the charge on my credit card. It's ridiculous how terrible, actually no, it's just non-existent your customer service is.

Trying to get any status update or feedback on your order other than automated emails is impossible. Seems like pouring money down a hole. Placed order over a week ago and despite all what they promise on their site absolutely nothing has happened other than taking money.

* Update* After still not hearing from them and more time passing, I looked to cancel and get a refund which took a few emails and then having to get my bank involved. Received an email advising me that the order had been cancelled. Currently sitting on day 14 of not having an update of my purchase. Ordered on the 1st and heard nothing. C&P then release and email and facebook post about how they would take 2-4 days to get a proof sent out to those who ordered on the 1st and before. Looking on their social media, I get the suspicion that any and all negative comments on their posts are deleted since all of them are positive and are of people tagging others. Looking at the "positive" reviews on trust pilot, especially the more recent ones. It's pretty obvious that a lot of them aren't real considering they all have one review to their account and use the same language and sometimes the same review word for word. I'm not confident that I will get a proof of the image and I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed.

Poor communication. Been waiting way over a month and still no sign of my order. Have seen other bad reviews, but thought I would risk it for such an inspired present. I'm disappointed.

Absolutely no way to get in touch with a person. Canned emails for questions did not cover my concerns. Haven't even seen a preview yet on an order placed on Dec 2nd. Its Dec 14. Placed another order and I keyed the shipping and billing addresses in properly but my order confirmation says both addresses are the shipping address. No way to call to check to see what's going on. I have just resigned to the fact that I will not be receiving either gift for xmas because there is no way for me to contact them. I sure hope the end product is worth it! Whenever it arrives...and where ever it is shipped and billed to.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven’t seen the proof. They keep saying it will take only a few days, and it’s been WEEKS. I’m worried it won’t arrive before Christmas, when I ordered it far in advance.

Already 3,5 weeks and still nothing arriving..... If you want to buy something from their website, don't trust what they say about the preparation and shipping time. I even paid to cut the queue, but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing is arrived. Very disapointed.
