The website was functional and useful. My only suggestion for improvement would be some better guidance on what sort of photo to select - like angle, lighting etc. Perhaps allowing multiple pictures to be submitted would help.

Love the idea! It's hilarious. I wish I was able to see my dog or a dog like mine before purchasing.

The search engine at the top right of the splash page didn’t not yield the results I was looking for. “canvas” and “princess” were my terms. I only found one canvas princess style and ended up just getting it because I really wanted a portrait of my pup. Checkout process was straightforward, no issues.

Website was easy and straightforward. I would have liked an option to select your order in your cart to see the images you uploaded and make any changes but you can't. You can only change the size and not view much (at least in 2 animal options anyway). Instead you have to cancel it and start over if you're not sure. Not a huge deal breaker in the slightest but would be nice.

Website was nice, but the menus and search functionality didn't work very well on my phone. It took a long time to find what I wanted. Aside from that, the ordering portion was very simple and efficient.

This site is amazing and I found what I was looking for, only marked down star due to the search engine does not pull up all options for a specific image. Did a little digging and found the style (i.e canvas v poster v mug) I desired and ordered my size. I can’t wait to get it!

I have not received any updates on the purchase, the website informs there is a maximum waiting period of 5 days, and I have purchased the item almost 8 days ago. Other than that the service was good.
