Placed an order in 11/28. Haven’t heard anything about my order and haven’t received anything to approve. Requested status of my order but no response. Trying to cancel my order now.

I placed my order 14 days ago (in November) in plenty of time for delivery by Christmas as promised. I have still not received a preview, although originally it stated I would receive in 2-3 days. When checking the status of my order it says “sent to artist.” This is a gift for a gift exchange and time sensitive. I have not received any response from my inquiry regarding status.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Took two weeks for them to respond to my multiple emails and the response I got was vague and completely unhelpful. They said the picture I sent didn't pass quality control even though they had already used it and submitted a finished portrait for me to review. I wanted a few tweaks done and because their site boasts "unlimited revisions" I didn't think it'd be an issue. I sent them several messages trying to make sure my revision requests made it to the artist and waited two weeks for them to tell me I needed to send a new photo. Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend on Dec 1st to make sure I'd get it in time but by the time they actually got back to me it was passed the cut off date for Christmas eve delivery. I'm currently in the process of attempting to get a refund but based on some of the other reviews I'm not hopeful.

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Ordered weeks ago, got the proof a week later, reviewed same day & nothing! When I inquired by email they sent me some stock answer. 3 or 4 emails later & they keep sending canned responses. You cannot call them. There is no phone number! Haven’t heard a word! Nothing. Update 12/28/2020: I finally received the picture & it did come out well. But, I wouldn’t order from them again. Any company I can’t speak with by phone or e-mail is not someone I want to do business with.

I have not received any updates on my order made over 10 days ago. It appears to not have been sent to an artist yet. I have tried contacting the company, but have not received a response. I may need to contact my credit card company. Very disappointed, as this looks like a really cool gift.

It's been three weeks, and I still don't have my order. I ordered on 11/24, and it's now 12/14. I may not get this before Xmas, and will now need to pursue getting a different gift for my family member.

So far, everything Crown & Paw has said they will do, they have failed at. I've paid the extra money to expedite the process. It's been two weeks and I do not even have a proof. I've contacted them without any reassurances that I will receive my order for Christmas. I just hope I get it in time. Maybe I'll change my review when I get my proof and product by the time I was promised.
