On november 28th, I placed an order of 3 posters. Already paid it. I was supposed to have news or to be able to review the product in the next 8 days. Now it has been 17 days and it wasn't even sent to the artist yet. I am worried I will never hear from Crown&Paw again. I just receive loads of publicity but nothing about my order

Horrible communication. Ignored emails and messages to customer service and through Facebook messenger. Checked before and the week after ordering for current production times when I ordered back in November. Was promised everything was on track to arrive in less than 2 weeks. Now, 3 weeks later, still no clue when my order will be ready, but probably won’t arrive to give as the Christmas gifts I had intended.

I placed an order 7 days ago. I have not been sent the artwork proofs for review. I received an email to expect to see them in 4-6 days, instead of the 2 days as stated on the website. I paid the extra fee to expedite the order, but am now concerned that it will not be completed in time for shipment as a Christmas gift. Am very disappointed in the lack of communication in what I should expect.

Ordered 11/30. Sent email 12/1 to make a change. No response, sent a follow-up 12/3. Since then it sat in processing order until 12/9 when I had to send another message. Excuse was made, said I’d be in ready for approval soon. 12/13, still no movement. Sent another note which is still unanswered. Will be cancelling.

Ordered 7 days ago still have yet to receive a proof and the website says 2-4 days and it’s a blank screen when I try to check the status. I’ve received at a minimum 10 emails of ads and promotions in between, So far I’m not happy.

I ordered my picture on Dec 6 ... still haven’t gotten a proof. I’ve emailed twice asking if I will get it by Christmas and no reply. I want to cancel my order if I’m not getting it by Christmas. Horrible customer service. But I get hammered with marketing texts and emails. Not cool.

Did not ship full order. FIVE (and counting) emails to customer have gone unanswered. Nonetheless I get a new marketing email daily encouraging me to buy more product. I was so excited for these products but am now pretty disheartened by the lack of response. I understand that this is a super busy time of year but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service.
