My order was placed on November 28th and I still have not received my artwork to proof as of December 15th. I ordered early to receive in time for Christmas.

Have emailed twice about order and absolutely no response . Still waiting for order 350260.

Ordered a canvas December 5th and didn’t receive the art yet. I would like to get it before Christmas.

I wasn't going to leave a review until after I received my order, but the review email was sent so long ago, I guess it was begging to be filled out prematurely. I ordered the portrait of my boyfriend's very sick cat at the end of November so that he could have a beautiful, if not a little silly, picture of his old boy by Christmas. I keep getting emails saying my artwork will be ready to be sent to an artist any day now. It's now December 15th and it still has not been sent to the artist. I was supposed to get the artist's rendering for my approval weeks ago, but by now, I'm willing to bet I won't receive my order until after Christmas. I'm sure you're overwhelmed with orders, but I haven't gotten any notifications if that's the case. I think either a partial refund or over night shipping to get it here ASAP would be appropriate. Sorry guys, I hate leaving bad reviews, but so far I'm not impressed. I'll happily change it if you can make it right.

Have not received confirmation and have not received any proofs yet and paid extra to receive by Christmas and doubt that’s gonna happen at this it a late date.

I have not received my digital image of the portrait. It has been well over 9 days since I ordered it .

At this point it’s been over 14 days and I have yet to see a preview of the art work. Confirmation email said 5-6 days. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but at this point, who knows.

Pawful service, waiting over 2 weeks for a proof, doubt it will arrive in time for Christmas. Bombarded with promotional material but not with any updates. Customer care non existent.
