Website is easy to navigate. The only thing is I wish there was a way to see what pictures you chose for the project. For example I had to completely start over because I wasn’t sure which ones I had to remove from my cart and which ones I wanted to keep. Not a huge deal, but would improve your website. Can’t wait to get my finished product!!

It could be useful to have a preview, and to know directly if the pictures is good enough or nor. Otherwise it s perfect

It's a bit tricky to navigate.

So far the ordering experience was good. I wish you could search by number of pets. Looking forward to seeing the final product.

The website is intuitive and easy to navigate. My only qualm is that there is no way to bring up issues with the order once it's placed. A "cancel order" button or a button that asks "See something wrong? Contact us here!" would be helpful, as currently it isn't clear if there is any option to fix an order once it's been placed.

It would have been nice to see what it would look like prior to the purchase.

I enjoyed your website but I do think you should make your themes searchable. It requires a lot of clicking through pages to find what you’re looking for.
