Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I enjoyed the site and I look forward to the product arriving 😁but it would be even better if you didn’t have to keep clicking the arrow to move to the next page.

Nice and straight forward however it would be good to upload more than one picture to ensure all the details of the dog's face could be captured

I like and trust this company over all of your competitors. I really liked the “how it works” page. It’s very helpful and gained my complete trust that this company cares about how the product turns out. I was ecstatic to order during the Black Friday deal however when I was about to check my deal was so good due to not having to pay for shipping, I went back to shop for more. When I returned to check out an hour later free shipping was no longer an option for me.

After using a coupon I wasn’t eligible for free shipping. I was a little disappointed about that but the check out was smooth.

I order about 2 or 3 years ago for my moms bday I was very impressed with the art work it was really cute and she loved it but I paid the extra 20 dollars for the express shipping and had a month and a half before her bday but it still didn't get here in time so that sucked 😒 ... I have ordered again hopefully it will make it by Christmas or ill be disappointed 😞

When making design choices, sometimes other choices were preempted.

Great except I didn't see a place to indicate that this was a gift. Also, the pillow sizes on the size guide versus the product list are inconsistent. I'm not sure if I'm getting 12x12 or 14x14.

Site was easy to navigate. I just wish you accepted Discover as a payment option.
