It's quite frustrating that I keep getting reminders to review Crown & Paw when I'm still waiting to approve the product I ordered (and I paid for expedited processing but still haven't received an approval email). How can I be expected to give a review when I'm still waiting for my product? Very annoying to bug customers for reviews.

I ordered on December 4th. Was guaranteed a review within 4-5 days and then okay the image for print. I have not received the review as of dec. 15th. I have emailed the help line and still no response. Very disappointed and am contemplating a complete cancel of order.

I placed my order and they said I would get an email confirming the art before they made and it’s been almost three weeks and the only thing I have received is their ads.

So far I would advise not to order anything from this site. I placed an order on November 28. They said within 5-7 days I should receive a proof to look over. So far nothing!!!

I still have not received any information regarding my order delivery date! No response to my email. If, in fact, delivery by 12/24/20 is not possible ( although tour website stated that it would be) I would like a FULL REFUND.

I ordered my canvas 3.5-4 weeks out from when I needed it to give as a gift. I am incredibly disappointed at how long it is taking. I still have yet to receive a proof. I will never order from Crown & Paw again

Ordered 11/30/20, still NOTHING regarding a proof that I can approve. I've sent 3 messages via their CONTACT US portal, and even messaged them on a social media platform. I ordered this with the anticipation of it being a Christmas gift and I'm starting to lose hope. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had with an ecommerce store. Should've stuck with Etsy or Amazon.
