Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I was really excited when I saw the artwork sent for my approval. Once my item was delivered I was super excited to open it. When I opened the package I was disappointed. Maybe it was the product I chose, but the blanket was just not what I was expecting.

Not too happy with my poster. They did listen when I requested an edit but still not satisfied. Ordered anyway. Was going to get one for a second pet but now I may hold off.

I didn’t like the way the head looked on my piece and I had to ask to revise it more than once. And I think they have sent out an unapproved piece. I wish there was a way to try your photo on each background to really be able to pick the right one and I wish there was a better way to communicate approvals or revisions.

I am still waiting to revise my order.

My order was taking over 3 weeks ago and when I look for an update it still says...preparing for print. It’s extremely frustrating and IMO it’s taking way to long. On top of it I was supposed to get shipping free and well I ended up paying for that too.

Like the idea. But had to pay extra just to get the file or have something made. Seems like a money grab.

I tried to order when you’re holiday sale was going on but I kept an error 508 when I would try to check out this happened multiple times. Then once the sale was over I was able to get my order to go through.

Throughout this process, I had to return my product for edits numerous times as it was cheaply done and had little effort.
