Submitted my order over 1 week ago. Still no update that it’s even been started.

Ordered the poster at the start of August, took 3 months to never arrive and for crown and paw to confirm it never arrived. Then they dispatched the same poster again and again it never arrived.. After 30+ emails back and forth with the customer service team. I asked for a refund multiple times, to which they insist they cannot refund me. I genuinely don’t know where they found their customer service agents, they are literally clueless and it’s annoying. It’s now December, I have no product and they still have my money..

Have been waiting almost two weeks for an artwork preview. Order still has not shipped.

Ordered a digital print on 2/12, not a printed portrait. Was told that it will be ready in 2-3 days (double checked before i made the purchase) . Chase up numerous times. Everytime they just tell you it is not ready. Still no sight of it 16/12. I had to organise another last minute gift. They just dont care and wont even give you an ETA.

It’s been about 2 weeks and nobody has previewed my order and I even paid for the expedited process.

No one is returning my messages but my payment went through!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It is all a scam and I wish I would have read the reviews first. Your gift (like mine) will be waiting for approval by the artist for weeks. I ordered weeks ago and paid for expedited delivery and it still says it’s waiting to be approved. I have email the support team and get the same response each time. Sad that they would steal money from anyone right now. Shame on them.

I placed an order on Dec. 8th and it has been week with no updates on my artwork proof. When I check the website, it still says the order is being processed and has not even been sent to an artist yet. Instead of an update on my order status, I was sent a "reminder" email to review my experience with Crown & Paw. SMH.
