I ordered over 2 weeks ago and my photo has been sitting in artist limbo. Reached out to the company and the only response I have received was a request to right a review... so here it is.

Its been six days since I submitted the order and have yet to see a proof as stated.

10 days after I ordered, it still hasn’t been sent to the artists. It’s supposed to be ready for review and it hasn’t been touched. The only correspondence has been review us and buy more.

As others have said, there are huge delays and, in my case, the artwork was unacceptable. I requested a refund and they stated that a refund needs to be requested within 24 hours otherwise there is a $10 charge. And there is the catch (scam). It was 3 weeks before I received any artwork. As I cancelled due to unacceptable artwork then how could I have notified them within 24 hours of making the order????? Edit: I have now been refunded in full after opening a PayPal dispute. I don't expect this company to be operating much longer.

No contact about order. No response to email.

I placed my order on 11/27/2020, it is now 12/16/2020 and my order has not been sent to print yet. I ordered one month in advance of Christmas to allow for plenty of time to print and to ship. But now I’m almost certain it will not arrive before Christmas. I understand there is a process with incorporating the photograph into the product, then there is an approval process by the customer but the status of my order has not changed within the last week. I was very excited about my order initially but now I just wish I never bothered.

I ordered on December 5 and still don’t have an artist putting it together. It’s says I should have the proof in 4-6 days and it’s been 10. I won’t hav wit for Xmas now. This is upsetting.

Been over a week, still have not even selected an artist
