Package was late, the email stating the arrival was incorrect. For an item I believe to be overpriced and the amount of emails I received after I ordered the item was ridiculous. I don't want five emails a day about an item I willing ordered. If the company is good, based on my experience, it's not, then I will order from them again. In my situation I won't be ordering again because of the above reasons.

My experience so far consisted of me purchasing your product and service, and waiting on the proof so I can approve it. I am rather perturbed that you are asking for a review of a product and service that has barely even commenced. I highly recommend you only ask for reviews once you complete your obligations to the customer.

Poor service. Ordered on 3rd December. Artwork still not approved on 16th December. Clearly not going to be delivered in time for Christmas and they were still taking orders up until a couple of days ago.

I placed my order on November 26th and still haven’t even received any art work to review (today is December 16th), let alone even had my product dispatched. Based on what the website advertised I expected this to take at most ten working days for the first review. Obviously this was a Christmas gift and it is obviously now not going to arrive in time. When I ordered on the website they made zero mention of any delays or the fact it was unlikely to arrive by Christmas. I have emailed twice for an update and while the replies have been fairly prompt and courteous, they have been zero help for giving an update or an ETA for my product. I do feel misled and I’ll probably end up asking for a partial or full refund depending when/if the product arrives and what the quality is like.

Placed an order a week ago to arrive before Christmas. I send multiple pictures, but never heard back if they were good enough, what was being used, etc despite following up a few times. I haven't seen any proofs and don't know the status of the product.

I've ordered on 30th November and even paid extra to make sure it's delivered before christmas. Fast forward 3 weeks and I STILL haven't heard anything about my order. Just an email that says that, if I have ordered before Dec. 1st, my order should be shipped 4 days later. 4 days later, I still haven't heard anything and now I'm starting to think that it might not be shipped before christmas at all. It's a joke that they still email me every other day with voucher codes and beg me to review their service - even though I have gotten nothing from them until now.

I never received my order, and it took days of back and forth to get a response from Crown & Paw. I'm still trying to figure out next steps in terms of getting a replacement/refund.

Keinerlei Infos wann ich meine Bestellung bekomme. Auf de rInternetseite steht nach 3-5 Tagen sollte eine Mail mit dem Bild kommen, kam aber nicht es ist jetzt 2 Wochen her und ich hab immer noch nichts bekommen!!!!!!
