I placed an order 10 days ago. I've been trying to get a status update for days, with zero replies from Crown and Paw. Meanwhile, I continue to get marketing emails from Crown and Paw asking me to make more purchases. I also have received several emails asking for a good review, which I can't give at this point. I'm excited to see my product but now I'm worried that it won't be here by Christmas.

I CANT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE. Ordered november 15th. Asked to fix after vewing "the art" they ignored me and said its already out and sent. Today is 16.12 The tracking number says "waiting for pickup" . Filing a complaint with bbb+ requesting refund from paypal.

Placed my order on November 24th. Here it is December 16th and still waiting for a preview of my portrait. The status still says "sent to artist". I tried contacting the company through Instagram and their contact e-mail with no response back.

I've reached out a couple times now asking if I can review my picture and change it. When I go to the website it says there's an area to review before approving and to change photo but it's greyed out. Just would like some communication.

Horrible. I paid an extra $25 to get this before Christmas. It still hasn't been sent to the artist. I definitely won't get this before Christmas now. I wish I never ordered this. I want my money back. This is ridiculous

I ordered on November 27th. Got my receipt and heard nothing about my order until December 10th when they wrote that I’d have my proof to review within four days. Well, it’s been six days and still nothing. We’re nine days away from Christmas, and with all the pressure out shipping companies are under I don’t expect to have it in time. I’m wildly disappointed by both the lack of communication* and the lack of progress. *this doesn’t include the near daily spamming from them trying to get me to buy more. Send me my product and maybe we’ll talk, but as of now, I’d never recommend them.

Ordered portraits over two weeks ago and haven’t received anything through email that they are working on it and proof like they said they would send or show me the picture before they sent it. Contacted through email and still haven’t got anything back. They also charged me a international fee yet are based in the US. Just horrible.
