Funny website, with great images.

The website is pretty good. I like all the search options- by gender, etc. But there needs to be more options on one page. Instead of 9 or 12 pics on one page there should be 50, so I don’t have to scroll through 81 pages to see all options. And there were repeats.

Being older I had to get my daughter to help place my order. Since I am hoping to have them for Christmas gifts I wanted to make sure the order was placed correctly. My daughter had a few glitches getting the pictures to load but we managed to get it done. Was more our end than yours I think.

**UPDATED 12/10/20*** Although the product based on others' experience is nice, Crown and Paw has very unsatisfactory customer service. I ordered my product over a week ago, and was promised an example portrait with my pet within 2-3 days, but I have yet to receive anything. I also emailed their support team about the progress of my work, and likewise received no response. I would love to say that my experience thus far has been stellar, but in reality, I've been quite underwhelmed. I would like to point out that I would not be writing this somewhat negative review if Crown and Paw did not keep sending me emails reminding me to write one. I wanted to wait until I got some form of update about my order, in order to say something positive, but if I'm being pressured, I may as well be honest. I'm more than willing to write a positive one once I know what's happening with the piece. Thanks. **UPDATE** A few days after I posted this, I finally received an update of the artwork, had an edit made, and it finally came (a few days late, but that's okay). Just in time for the holidays!

The communication back and forth has been amazing. The process is clean, easy (and makes me jealous my company doesn't operate this smoothly. The only reason I haven't given five stars yet is to see the quality of the final product...but I'm really looking forward to seeing it in person!!

Just about everything was solid, at least as far as websites usually go, except for one thing: trying to use the search bar to navigate for canvases. I don't know if it's just the two I was looking for or if it's more consistent than that, but when I went to find what I was after (the aristocrat and the peaky blinder) in the search bar, puzzles, blankets, mugs and stickers come up, but no portrait link. They can still be found on the website, you just have to take a little bit more of a roundabout way to get there. Not enough to be really bothersome, but notable enough to be less than ideal.

Easy to use !!!

Easy to navigate site and place order, even on my phone. Can't wait for this to arrive!
