The ordering process was simple & easy to figure out. There are so many choices. Once you choose your option all you have to do is upload. The only thing is you won’t see a sample before you place your order. Seeing a visual is helpful but I can’t wait to see what they come up with for the final product!

Photo uploading from my Google phone was annoying. Needed to reload the page a couple times before it worked. Would also be great if you had a listing of all the available designs then what products they were available in.

Great and easy to use site with plenty of views of your selected portrait to get a real idea. Wouldn’t mind a few easy search hits: red, kimono, hat, medal, etc.

I really liked all the filter options! And it was nice seeing a bunch of different pet examples for each option!
