Don't trust the Instagram ads
I placed 2 orders at the start of December. I finally got a "proof" back 2 weeks later and to be honest, it looked horrible, my own photoshop skills are better than what I was presented with.
There was also no way this could have been delivered on time for Christmas, despite being promised this when ordering.
Contacting customer support was reasonably quick (they responded within 24 hours), but they deducted 10% as a processing fee.
Be careful with this service, their cancellation policy states 24 hours for a refund, so you won't even see a mock-up of your order before the refund period runs out.

...where is it?
My emails have not been responded to about the status of my order. I ordered December 1st and never received a product preview. And I just received an email about rating my “experience” and was told I would not be receiving any more emails regarding my order. This was very expensive and I am very upset.

Horrible customer service and orders…
Horrible customer service and orders were not fulfilled on time. I have three orders running late and cannot get anyone to respond to any customer service requests.

No order update for 17 days.
Placed and order 11/29.
The order says 'Send to Artist' and has not changed for 17 days. Sent emails, posted on Facebook and sent a Facebook DM at their request to my post. Nothing. No response.
Likely swamped during the holiday but not communicating makes me wonder if it's a scam.
Regardless of what has happened: Buyer BEWARE.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered expensive mugs on 11/18 and they still have not shipped. I’ve emailed so many times with no help and surely they won’t arrive for Christmas at this point. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would never recommend this company. Shop elsewhere.

There's nothing to review
There's nothing to review. All I did was place the order so far. There are WAY too many surveys and reviews now for every little thing we do! What can I possibly review at this point?

Crown & Paw apparently bit off more…
Crown & Paw apparently bit off more than it could chew this holiday season. I placed my order for a single item on November 30, and Crown & Paw sent me an automated email saying the art would be ready to review in 5-6 days.
My submitted photos were quickly approved, but after 8 days went by with the status stuck on “ready to send to artist,” I emailed customer service Dec. 8 asking for an explanation. Apparently, I wasn’t alone because Crown & Paw sent out an email blast promising all orders made before Dec. 1 would have art ready to review within 2-4 days. Well, that deadline has now passed, too, while my order has sat in “Sent to Artist” for a week. 17 days after my order, the art is still not ready to review.
Crown & Paw emailed me Dec. 7 asking to review them, which was either audacious or just really poor management of their email campaigns. Don’t ask someone to rate you when all you’ve done is taken their money and delivered nothing.
A customer service rep answered my email 48 hours after I sent it, but did absolutely nothing other than offer platitudes.
The thing that is really frustrating here is that I NEVER click on Facebook ads, much less make a purchase through them, but Crown & Paw got me through their ad showing the joy people would experience opening one of their items as a gift this holiday season. Now, it seems not only are they not going to deliver on that promise, they’re just causing more disappointment and frustration in its place.
