So disappointed with this service. I can understand it’s Christmas, but it’s been over 2 weeks I’ve been waiting for any update on my portrait. The email from the founder provided false turn around times. I received a half ass reply from a rep with a sad excuse that it “might still be with the team but it should update soon”. At this point I won’t have it as a Christmas gift. I will never order another product from this company. If you can’t deliver on turn around times set by the founder, don’t send them out at all.

It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have not received art work. I had planned on this gift being for Christma.

I still haven't heard any update about my order and will now not receive in time for Christmas. Absolutely horrible.

Placed order on 12/5. It is now 12/17 and NOTHING has happened to my order. You should been very clear on your website that an order placed 3 weeks before Christmas would not make it in time!!!

Been weeks with no update. I could not look up my order number or status either. Do not buy from crown and paw.

The customer service I have experienced thus far has been terrible. I submitted my order a MONTH ago as well as tried to change my photos two days after submitting, and got ZERO response. Since then I have sent roughly 10 emails wondering where my order is, considering the online tool says “the artists are working on my order” even though they told me I needed new pictures because the other ones were too small? But yet I cannot submit new pictures and when I reached out to customer service this did not change them or respond to me saying they would be okay? Fast forward to a week before Christmas and apparently a month is not enough time to get my portrait? They reassured me that my order would be received before Christmas, but considering my order isn’t even finished yet to ship I think I am SOL. EXTREMELY disappointed in this website, and will make sure that everyone in my sphere is aware to stay away from this company.

I placed an order after reading good online reviews. Website stated that shipping would take 2-3 weeks. False advertising. Its 3 weeks later and all I have received from crown and paw is spam in my inbox. I haven't seen a preview of my order which I should have recieved within 4/5 days and I have had no response from customer service despite contacting them on at least 3 occasions. I have spent 90 quid on nothing and will have to spend more money to replace it as the gift it was intended. I will most definitely not recommend them to anyone. Perhaps a bad review could prompt a response?

I have emailed Crown and Paw a few times now with regards to my order, and still no response. I’ve been waiting on artwork to proof since early December (being two weeks ago). They have not meet their promised timeframes, which was advertised on purchase... What is also upsetting is that I paid extra to ‘jump the que’. So this experience has been both expensive and disappointing, with no artwork to show for it 😞
