I still do not have my product. I was sent an email that everyone that ordered by December 1st should have received their proof by now. I have not. Not only that but I received 3 emails to leave this review without my product... oh and daily I get about 2 to 4 emails trying to get me to purchase more when again I still don't even have the first product. Why would I buy more. I would only use this company if you have at least 2 to 3 months to wait for your item. Otherwise look somewhere else.

So disappointed nowhere does it say the size of the $60 pictures I ordered would be. So small it’s ridiculous. Total crap. Merry Christmas.

So far I’m not pleased with the quality of the work sample and have not heard back after my revise comments, in addition to another order placed to which I’ve heard nothing in two weeks.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter in November (before their deadline for holiday delivery). It's Dec. 17th and not a single communication from the company. I've emailed and i've gone to their Facebook page to message them - several times. I also commented on a Facebook post. A robo message came up asking for my order number. I gave that to them. Still nothing. A day later, they asked again for my order number. Seriously? When I check my status on the website it has read "sending to artist" for the past two weeks. I'm obviously not getting this in time for Christmas. I wish I had done research first and used another similar company for this portrait. I'm currently trying to have the charge reversed from my bank. Yes, they took my money. SMH

Taking way too long for order to be ready. Still in the sent to artist state, today Dec. 17. Ordered on November 30!!

Ordered a month ago & still only says "sent to print". Customer service has been non existent. Waiting till New Years & I'm disputing the charge on my credit card.

You're asking for a review before anyone has even looked at the pictures I submitted after two weeks of waiting and I paid for the expedited process. Could you add 0 stars so I can select that?

I still have not received my proof to review my purchase. But yet you want me to review how you have done. Well I made my purchase on the 10th of December and have only received solicitation from you. Please give me an update on my purchase.
