This review is completely based on the customer service and lack of communication with me. I purchased a painting, which I still have not received. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and I paid extra for faster shipping and turn around time. I've emailed the company four times and only once did they respond saying that the artists were getting the canvas ready. There has been no response to my recent emails. Do not purchase from this company!!! They'll take your money and send you nothing. I'm about to contact my bank and see if I can get my money back.

At first it seemed like a great company, the reviews supported the fact. In reality it seems like it could be a scam. After ordering you are told you will receive a review of your work within the week. Understandably it’s Christmas and when this didn’t happen I accepted it. I then received an email 2 weeks after ordering that I would see the review in 2-4 days. Again this didn’t happen and now you can’t contact them. Beginning to wonder if all these glowing reviews are in fact real.

I initially placed my order on November 21 and on December 2, I requested a revision and upgrade to my order. It’s now December 17 and my order hasn’t even shipped, which means it’s unlikely it’ll arrive in time for Christmas, which makes this a waste of my time and money. Crown & Paw has no customer service phone number you can call and when you send them an email, expect to wait 3-4 days for a response. I’ve now asked 3 customer service reps by email if I’ll receive my order prior to Christmas and so far not one of them is able to tell me anything other than my order will ship soon. This is my first and last order with Crown and Paw. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I’ve received. Hopefully, they’ll make things right and get me my order prior to Christmas Day.

They have taken my payment on the 3rd december however I have no follow up email regarding my purchases or order number... I have tried to contact them via the online form multiple times but have heard nothing and there is no phone number or chat box.

I was informed my product would be reviewed by an artist from 1-2 days after purchase. It's now been over a week and it hasn't been reviewed. I have emailed customer support twice and have not gotten a response. Very poor customer experience and overall extremely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness to my concerns. Would not recommend moving forward.

I placed the order and never received proof for my artwork. After waiting 7 days, I reached out to the company to check on the proof. All I received back was a survey asking how they did. So, I guess not good.

I'm not getting responses on my email, but yet they have time to send me promotional emails. I ordered on the 26th of November and yet to hear or see the art. It's one week away from Christmas. I understand everyone is busy but dont say you can deliver a product within 4 weeks when you havent. First it said 2 to 4 weeks, then I receive an email I will hear back from someone in 4 days. It's already been a week since that email. All I want to know is the progress on the art and if I will get it in time.

I placed two orders on December 10. I have not heard from Crown & Paw since placing the order. Money has been taken from my account for the orders. I was informed that proof would be sent in 2-3 days. I have not heard anything from them. Not even please be patient due to the holiday crush. I didn't expect them to arrive by Christmas, but I also don't expect it to arrive two months later either.
