Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

The backboard is mounted upside down so I'll have to buy a hanger in order to hang it. Otherwise it looks great and almost seamless. Would buy again but I hope your quality control improves a bit more 😁

It was all great. The only thing that I would say that I had issues was adding the 2nd black frame for canvas # two. Not sure if it was my error a website?? But I put a note in the comment box.

Website is super user friendly! Can’t wait to see my picture!

When I was trying to do it through the instagram ad it wouldn't allow me to update pictures. The physical site I would put at five stars

I was surprised by the pricey shipping and handling fee. Process was easy; select theme, upload picture and pay. Creative themes, just placed the order. Hopefully the picture comes out nice.

I did not received a confirmation email for the 2 orders I placed.

I absolutely love the idea of the product and the website is nicely organized. It would be nice to have the Renaissance or other sections split up more so that it is not going through pages of results or to have all the numbers at the bottom of the page so that you can jump to the page you want since there are so many options.

Pros: Lots of customer pictures so you get a wide variety of what the finished product looks like. Informative on how the process works. Improvements: Seeing preview of pet’s picture actually on the chosen body. Sometimes I would press on a button and the site would move and I’d have to press it again (hard to explain but I think it’s a glitch?)
