No update or transparency on my order. Weird to be asked for a review before the company can provide any update on my order.

Initially it was fine but cannot get an update on order. Placed order over a week ago and paid for front of line option. Still have not heard anything. Instead of updates I get promotional emails asking me to order more or to take this survey. Update people that placed orders more regularly.

Awful. It's been over a week and my artwork still hasn't even been sent to the artist. I knew that this type of stuff takes time but I thought it would at least be somewhat faster. I was hoping this would come around Christmas time. I don't mind it coming after Christmas... but I within the month! I have also had bad times with the other companion website Masterpieceme

I placed an order on 12/1/20, well within their guidelines for a Christmas shipment of 12/10/20. It is now 12/17/20 and I still do not even have a proof of my artwork. Corresponded twice with their Customer Service & after 2 extremely long waits for a reply was just told my pictures are STILL with an artist— which of course I knew, says that on their website— no explanation as to why over a week later since my pics where ‘Sent to Artist’ that my pics haven’t been photoshopped to by chosen image (not rocket science). There is also no phone number to call them— should have been a dead giveaway!! And they went on to tell me AFTER it is completed (with NO timeline as to when that would be) that it is still a 3-5 day production time— and then of course shipping time to me. So needless to say, my big surprise gift is a BUST!! And they have $100 of my money I don’t have to spare & it’s too late to have it done somewhere else!! I’d give them 0 stars if I was able. Of course on searching found there is a whole FB page devoted to them screwing up/ripping people off/terrible quality, etc. Don’t expect this review will ever see the light of day, but BEWARE!! A slick website and FB ads is not necessarily something you can trust!! Shame on you Crown & Paw— now I have no surprise gift for my kid— shame on you!!! 😡

Ordered product 4 weeks ago, never received a review of the photos (ordered 4 canvases total) tried to track packages to recipients and I’m told that the order numbers do not exist. I’ve written 2 emails to the customer service support and haven’t gotten a reply. I’ve previously ordered 2 canvases for family and really annoyed them, this time around hasn’t been as great and very difficult to get a hold of anyone to help me with my order. So this will be the last time I order from this company.

Submitted my order on Nov 30th and have yet to see the proof of our artwork. Have sent 2 emails and have surpassed their 48 hour respond time.

Poor customer service response. Left an email regarding order not being ready. Its not even printed yet. Totally disappointed it will not arrive on time even though I ordered well in advance. (Month) Have not heard back regarding my concern. I do however get spammed with promotions trying to get me to order more. Edit ** after leaving the review I was contacted. pleased with the art work once it arrived.

I have been reaching out to customer service for a couple of days and have not received a response. I never received a proof of the pic and have not received any shipping information. Someone please respond.
