The website kept crashing. Once I finally was able to make my order I had to go back because shipping charges were not free. Not sure why it didn’t process the first time. I am excited to see my canvas though.

I don't like that the website said I would get an email in 2 to 3 day to approve artwork and the email I got said 10 to 14 days.

It's a bit tricky to use. And I wasn't able to create an account before placing the order so I had to do it all over again when I had my picture ready. I do like being able to see all the great reviews with actual customer photos

Time consuming when revisions needed Can’t change photo and leave comment both at same time Would be nice to at least have text chat help

Overall I like the website but I was not able to filter as efficiently as I would have liked. For example, after selecting phone cases as a product type, I could not filter the results by pet gender or number of pets. I was using my iPhone 11, not sure if using a different platform would have made a difference.

Looked great on proof, but print came out quite dark. Naval uniform on the captain blends quite a bit with the back ground and our black dog. Not as striking as I had hoped or as it looked on the proof, but still fun.

The artwork was great, however the shipping/printing expectations were not up to par. The website stated my order would print between Jan 7th & 9th. It did not print until much later. When I reached out to customer service, the response I got was in severely broken English and gave mo update whatsoever. The response was that my package would print “pretty soon”
