Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

One photo set out of 2 never loaded i then had to proceed to ask and find this out on my own after some days passed. still have not recieved order or photo approval have attempted to contact their support to be left unanswered for 3 days now. Under the impression they are making a throw pillow which is not what i ordered..

I ordered a digital download with my first order. Now you are charging me an additional $10 for the digital download.

I am legitimately very confused about the sweatshirt that I received. The artwork was fantastic, the digital rendering was obviously a job well done, and the artists did exactly what I expected but the sweatshirt was like…plastic? Potentially the cheapest material ever made. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to hold up in more than one or two washes. It doesn’t even have a garment label on it to identify the type of material it’s made of. For an $80 product I would have expected the quality of the material to be substantially higher. This seems like it’s going to fall apart in a month. Brand new out of the packaging the colors are already faded on the artwork. I’m super disappointed because this is going to be a gift that I had hoped would last a long time. I’m almost embarrassed to give it out. Crown and Paw needs to immediately reconsider their base product and start printing custom designs on clothing that doesn’t feel like a plastic kitchen apron.

I placed an order a few days ago and received a 10% off discount code that did NOT work!!! of course I didn’t find out until I was already a checkout and had spent the last 20 minutes picking a new order. I was not impressed! it’s like you send out a fake discount code just to get people to put in another order. Get real! this is the last time I’m ordering from you.

Was supposed to be printed and shipped 3 days ago and it is still queuing for printing.

I placed 3 separate orders. The first order from November 30th required a modification which was requested immediately upon receiving the proof. The cost difference was invoiced, sent, and paid, again right away. The print order has yet to be completed, and in fact still shows The wrong size despite the changes. The other 2 orders have been placed, shipped and received and yet this order is still extremely delayed. I this point I can only hope I receive the correct size of the blanket I ordered and paid for before the Christmas holiday.

The mock up of my order looks great, and I hope that the final object will be, as well. I have certainly earned it. Be warned: when you receive the up-sale offer with exclusive products, if you order anything, your original order is added to the new order. Meaning that you will get the original order (and pay for it) twice. Seems odd, but nonetheless. Also, there is no phone number to call to sort things out quickly and you’ve only 24 hours to cancel or alter an order. 24 hours seems sufficient unless you write with a clarification question and don’t get a response for 48 hours. But since the clock has started, your 24 hour window has elapsed by then… Good luck, patrons!

I can’t tell if I’m going to get my portrait in time for Christmas, bc of the long delay in communication, there is no one to speak with, the only communication is through email.
