Placed an order. They sent an email saying thank you for your order but never heard back from them after two weeks. Sent them an email asking for an update on my order, never heard back from them. Now I have to find a different gift for Christmas. Was a wonderful idea but so very disappointed that they couldn’t follow through with their communication, ordering, product. With this much dysfunction almost thinking the company is a scam.

Terrible service. Haven’t received the parcel after nearly 4 weeks. Customer service is appalling and just said they can’t trace it. Basically fraud, took my money and haven’t received the product which was a Christmas present. Do not buy from this company.

I think that crown and pawn got overwhelmed this holiday season. I placed an order in November for a portrait and it’s supposed to take 5 days for the artist to return a print but now 3 weeks later and with less that a week to go to Christmas, I have nothing to wrap up and share to my girlfriend :(

I’m only giving 1 star due to not having the option to give 0. I have seen ads for this site for a while and finally decided to try it out and it was the WORST MISTAKE. I received an email saying my order has shipped but USPS hasn’t even received it and Crown & Paws website shows my order hasn’t even printed. If you need to get in touch with customer service then you are out of luck they will not respond. But they will continue to post on Facebook and Instagram and completely ignore the customers comments asking about their order-there are multiple. This has been the worst experience. If you are thinking about ordering something from Crown & Paw I would definitely recommend you reconsider that decision and head on over to Etsy. BTW Crown & Paw, I’m still waiting on a response to multiple emails and messages on social media platforms about my order that was supposedly shipped 22 days ago. I would like to get a refund for the mistake I made by ordering from this site.

The shipping time is outrageous. The customer service was bit helpful. More than a month to receive an item is too long.

I haven‘t received the product yet so I can‘t rate on it itself, but that‘s the point. I placed an order about 4 weeks in advance to when I needed the present and even payed extra to skip the line for creating the artwork. I haven‘t got any feedback or a draft so far and the status of creation has not changed at all. I hope that at least the product turns out as a satisfactory christmas present in January. Really unhappy with the service.

Ordered 12/1 and still no proof as of 12/17. No responses to email. Very disappointed.

I always like to try and give businesses the benefit of doing the right things. I hope the reason for the delay in finally responding to me with a proof to review, was due to the holidays and being behind. The only reason I feel I got a response from the company is, I wrote them saying didn't want the product, nor did they follow through on the guaranteed timeline of services for the product. Note: I had to find another company to follow through with my order with immediate response and a way to reach them immediately. Finally, someone who reached out to me from customer service, letting me know to approve the order, so they could get it to me and I couldn't cancel my order and wanted to make sure I knew about the 24hour cancellation policy. Since there is no phone number on the website or an immediate email of order to respond back to, that was not possible. When I told customer service about this via email, and that I do not want the product and that I also have disputed the charges with the order, I have not heard anything back from them. I do wish them the best of luck and hope they can improve their response times and ways to connect them for future customers.
