Website was easy to use - looking forward to seeing the final product

Just placed my order and I can’t wait to see it! My daughter picked out a design for a Christmas gift for a friend and we had a good laugh going through our options. Website was easy to navigate and found what we needed easily.

Love the design and and very quick delivery once the preview had been approved. Have deducted one star from a 5 star rating as within days of ordering they were advertising 30% off across site which was rather annoying having paid full price. But brilliantly stupid gift for someone who I hope will treasure it for many years.

Overall it was very simple and easy to sort out, only issue was putting in the discount. I'd set up my purchase and was about to check out then I got a prompt to use a discount code. It sent me back to the beginning so I had to redo my order to have the discount. Luckily the site is easy enough to use so it wasn't an issue!

You need more options per page. I kept clicking the next page button.

It was Fun and not hard to navigate

They were very helpful and I’m glad we can review the picture before it gets sent out. But it does take longer than I would like for them to get back to me.

If there was a feature that gave you a preview that would be awesome. Still super psyched either way!!
