Communication is terrible, takes days to get back to you. . They are very slow compared to other companies and there are a lot of others to choose from.

It's been a week since I submitted my order and I haven't had any communciaiton from the company at all and to the status of my order. When I go online for a status check it shows nothing has happened since my order was placed. Disappointing on the lack of transparency and communication. Would not order again from this company.

Ordered Dec 11 and no status progress nor update. So I spent about $70 to sit in the dark not knowing if my gift will look nice or even arrive by Christmas. I'll likely have to cancel if/when I hear back. I was on the fence initially because $70 felt overpriced for some Photoshop and printing but the customer experience has really informed my future decisions

I am receiving this request to review prior to even being able to view the product I paid for! further, I have asked to speak with someone about the product I have ordered by sending multiple emails to your support group but have not heard from anyone. Very frustrated with poor customer service.

Well. I would like to be writing a review about the quality of the print, unfortunately I can’t do that. So I have to write about how my order has been stuck at “sent to artist” for almost a month now. I understand these are crazy times and it’s around the holidays. But come on! My print hasn’t even been worked on. And it’s unfortunate that they charge you when you submit you order instead of when the artist completes the portrait.

Do not order from this company. They make timing commitments that they will not make. My order was made on Nov 30 and as of Dec 19 I have no draft art despite being told at time of purchase it takes 5-6 days. Further on 12/10 the company provided updated time frames (2-4 days for art). I still do not have drafts let alone a timeframe for when my order will be delivered.

Our order was not processed even within the delayed timeframe emailed a week after our order (another 4-6 days), so I cannot give a better rating because I have not even seen a proof, more than two weeks after ordering. The company has real time tracking info available and needs to show customers the courtesy of providing the information and giving them the opportunity to cancel their order that relied on estimate timeframes.

Waiting 15 days now for print to be reviewed by an artist. Not4-6
