Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Very simple to use. If possible it would be nice to see a preview. As Leo include a tool to crop the pet’s head ...but maybe that’s what the experts are for. :)

The website was easy to use. Being able to upload 2 separate pictures for a double pet photo was very convenient and helpful.

I realize the picture wasn't perfect, but they did a good job transferring the image. I am pleased, but I didn't know if be approving the picture, which would have been nice if it was spelled out for me in the initial purchase phase.

Would be nice if I could import from phone gallery directly but otherwise no problems

I haven't actually gotten my portrait yet but so far everything looks great. Also, ordering and reviewing the picture I wanted was so easy and I'm so happy!!

I forgot to use my coupon...but otherwise, I'm hoping for a great outcome!

As it has not yet been received- I can’t rate the quality.

Im very excited to see how my canvas turns out I was so happy to find this website but using the site was a struggle. It took me a good 3x the amount of time to get through everything bc the buttons didnt want to respond to being clicked and at 1st it didn't want to accept my dogs name for some reason. My main concern is it wouldn't register my coupon code so I ended up paying full price :(. Im still hopeful about the canvas itself though. Edit: customer service is amazing! I messaged them about the coupon issue and they fixed it no problem and made it super easy for me to upgrade the size of my canvas so upgrade from 3 to 4 stars!
