I ordered 20 days ago I still haven't received a preview. They sent out a mass email saying I would receive it several days ago, yet I have not.

I placed my order 12 days ago and haven't heard from anyone. I felt like there were hidden shipping costs too that were quite expensive. That was never mentioned until you are ready to place your order. I was hoping that I would get it before Christmas, but that seems like a longshot now, even though it is still a week away. On top of that, Crown and Paw is now advertising free digital copies to give as Christmas presents which I don't qualify for.

It's been well past the initial time frame promised to review my artwork so it can be shipped and I still haven't even received an email. The contact from customer service has been poor and did not fix the issue. I made my order well ahead of time to have it here by Christmas and now it looks like it won't even get close to making it by the holidays. This was a huge false promise.

It’s been over a month and a half and I still haven’t received an email regarding my order. Spent over $100 and all I get are emails with coupons in them?

Order on the first of December- no details received after 17 days? No contact number! Not reply to email time scale nor after 3 attempts!!!!

I ordered on December 1st and it still had not been sent to the artist. I paid extra to "skip the cue" and now I'm sure I won't get my wife's Christmas gift till after the 25th. What is the deal??

I ordered two items from Crown and paw on December 5. The site stated that orders done before December 10 would arrive before Christmas. I paid the extra 18 dollars to speed up the process and haven’t even received my artwork preview yet! Christmas is 5 days away now. Huge fail guys!

I paid for ‘expedited’ shipping and customer support has not replied to any of my requests for an eta. On social media there are hundreds of customers saying the same thing.some are being charged an ‘oversees’ duty, when it says it is a US company-Feeling uneasy about the company’s credibility....would not RECO at this point.
