You ask me how you did before you actually did anything?! I paid for expedited work and shipping, and I keep getting requests for reviews and I don't have anything to review. In addition, I keep getting emails with "review your order" buttons that will not accept my email, so I cannot see the status of my orders. So yeah, you're not doing good, let me put it that way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I currently have an order in that I put in a month ago. I never received my order as promised by ordering before a certain date to receive in time for Christmas. It's been a month and I never got my order! I emailed about 10 tens and have yet to get a response. There is no phone number to call. The website says there is "live chat" but no option for it. Horrible customer service. And I was charged for it. So disappointed and angry I was scammed.

I would love to review the product but since they’ve only taken my money and not sent any further communication or the product I’m forced to leave one star. I might upgrade my review if someone actually reaches out and gives me an update on my order placed over a week ago. Next step is cancelling and requesting a refund.

Email response is extremely slow. Order processing is not as described on website. It's already been a week since I ve placed an order and the status is still in proceaaing, have not being send to the artist yet.

Paid for express and queue jumping artwork and 11 days later it has only just been sent to the artist to work on. In that time I have found someone on Etsy to do the art work and have it printed myself and shipped to my home address. AVOID!! Get an artist on Etsy to do the digital prints then find a local canvas printer. Don't waste your time with these.

Same as many other recent comments, no response back from Crown and Paw, way past timeframes claimed when I made my purchase. Have received 4 mass-emails from them offering additional services and products, but no response to my actual email requests. Christmas gifts won't be arriving on time this year, very disappointed.
