Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

currency switched to us$ at the checkout so it made it a little confusing, but otherwise easy to search and find a great image, and easy to upload the photo.

I think my order was placed correctly, but I wish there would of been a final review of my order.

I wish there would be a spot in which you could write notes to the artist. Like maybe stressing the importance of certain details in your pet(s). Besides this lack and the fact that you are putting your faith out there to the unknown, the site itself is pretty top notch.

Products are great quality. Just smaller than I thought.

It was easy to place an order. The wait time is understandable but shipping is quite expensive. I think that it was still a decent purchase and I wanted it in time for christmas. I would put in the description how much time it should take for the painting. Or at least before the shipping information.

Good overall experience, it was easy to navigate on the site. The black friday deal was easy to find and didn't hide any product.

The experience has been great so far. Still waiting a week now for approval. My sister has her fur babies done and the whole process took two weeks. Right now I am still waiting for approval and it’s a week. So I am only giving 4 stars now and will maybe change after I see the final product

The website worked really well except for the discount code SAVE30 did not get applied to my order though I had placed it in my checkout. Hopefully, this error is resolved soon.
