Paid in November and was told I would have my order before Christmas. I haven’t seen any progress with my order and now I’m being told that my order won’t be ready for Christmas and the email support does not respond after sending multiple emails. I keep getting marketing emails to place an order and get it rushed for Christmas but yet, no idea on my order. Also, once you place an order, they send you an email to review your order within an hour or two so you can leave a good review but yet you haven’t even received the order yet. Definitely thinking this is a scam site.

Horrific experience. Never got further than receiving a proof...eventually, which was horrendous. Asked for a revision and received exactly the same then ten emails later after repeatedly asking for a refund I’ve received minus $20 for them working on artwork. I ordered the same background with the same photo just as a poster & a cushion. Disgusting!! From reading their socials many more of these negative reviews are to come I am sure!!! Don’t bother ordering, horrible experience & you’ll be charged for your horrible experience also.

Ordered a week ago and the order hasn’t even been sent to the artist yet per your website. Was intending this as a Christmas gift but will have to make other arrangements. Very disappointed.

Ordered on November 27th - the description said I would get a proof within "a few days". It is December 18th and still no proof. Customer service has stopped responding despite following up each week after I ordered. Not entirely certain I didn't just get scammed out of my money at this point. If they can turn this around and somehow magically produce what I ordered in time for Christmas maybe I'll revise this, but so far this order has only been a source of anxiety.

I messaged Crown and Paw twice after ordering from them, once immediately after ordering and once a few days later and never heard from them. I actually wanted to spend more money by ordering a larger size than originally purchased. There is apparently no mechanism to cancel an order either. I understand it’s a busy time, but I’ve truly never experienced zero response from a company after contacting them about an order. Would never recommend ordering from this company god forbid you have an issue with an order.

I am very unhappy with this site. It would be wise to chose a different company to do your dog's portrait. They advertise you will receive notification for approval within 5-6 business days. After 10 business days, I notified them that I still hadn't received any artwork to approve. They gave me a generic answer about it being likely that the artist has just started the first draft and that it's waiting on in house approval. FIVE MORE business days later, I emailed again, and they told me the EXACT same thing. The only difference is this time, I requested to cancel because they hadn't even done the artwork yet and I can no longer get it in time for Christmas. They refused because there is a 24 hour window to cancel. I would understand that if I was trying to cancel because I changed my mind or didn't particularly like it or something, but that wasn't the case. Why exactly is it okay for them to falsely advertise and bend time frame policies when it's convenient for them, but not bend time frame policies when they haven't held up to their own advertisements? I was trying to cancel because they aren't fulfilling what they advertised. I made my order in plenty of time for Christmas, yet Christmas is a week a way and the artwork isn't even completed, much less shipped. Frankly, I don't believe they even started it until today when I asked for a cancelation.

It’s been a week since I placed the order with paying extra for expedited service and still haven’t received anything. Not even a proof of design or anything beyond we took your money. I relies it’s busy, but some Communication would be nice, even just an estimated timeframe, regardless of what the date is would be appreciated. I reached out to customer service as well and haven’t heard back, just disappointing, this had potential to be epic and has fallen very far flat of that.

Ordered December 1. Never received a print preview. Tracking info is blank. It's December 18 at 730pm MST. Not impressed and wouldn't order again.
