Fun and entertaining website, and pretty easy to navigate. However, when placing my order for a two dog portrait, it would only accept one image. Many other dual image portraits I looked at asked for two images. So in the end I sent one photo with both images using an app I happen to have. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, but I think there was a problem with this particular product selection. I also didn’t realize the prices were in US dollars and not CAN until checkout, but I feel that was my oversight. Regardless I’m very excited to see the final product!

Very clear instructions provides and very easy to move around website - order placed very quickly - would be better it could see photo on picture for a rough idea what it will look like - thanks

I would have liked the site even better if there were more filtering options or if one could use several of the current filterings at once

Really looking forward to receiving my order from Crown and Paw. They seem super on it and I’m already having a great experience upon ordering the product. One thing I will say is that the website only has cats and dogs shown on its prints, would be great to show your customers your artists’ brilliant work on other animals you do (horses etc).

Web site worked great when placing my order. I received an email from you saying my photo was blurry. I sent a second one but would like to send a few for you to choose best quality but it seems it will only allow me to send one at a time. I also was looking for a telephone number for customer support as I do not want to be going back and forth with emails all day as my job does not allow me to be online all day checking emails.

Site was easy to browse and upload photos. Wish there was a way to do “rough” preview to get idea of whether photo would even work. And would be great to be able to easily swap back and forth between type of project. I was debating between canvas and poster and had to re-upload photo every time.
