It has been 17 days since I placed my order. Still no preview and I’ve been told twice that I would receive it well before now.

I checked the time estimates to make sure this would arrive somewhat near Christmas. I ordered a piece on December 4th. I got an email 9 days ago saying my print would be ready to view in 4-6 days. I have yet to receive a print to review, and no one has responded to the email I sent asking for an update.

I placed an order in October and it still has not shipped. Customer service does not answer emails at all. They only answer on messenger after several attempts, with a stock answer of “we’ll check on it.” Then, they never follow up. After researching social media, this is a common problem.

Communication is extremely poor. Submitted my pictures on November 27th. Received confirmation email saying, "Expect an email in 5-6 days with your artwork preview." I received the artwork preview on December 9th. I requested a small revision on the scale/proportion of my cats head. It was modified immediately, and I approved the artwork. It is now December 19th and my Order Dashboard still says, "Your order has been sent to print and a tracking number will be sent to you once available!" I have sent a second request to support 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything. Also received a generic email from the Founder "Adam", saying that orders placed before Dec 1 should receive their proof in 2-4 days. Well, that's already wrong. And they're going to expedite shipping. Well, it would be a miracle to get here in the next 5 days in time for Christmas. Won't be doing this again...

Took 20 days to review order

Placed order on December 4th. Was told I'd see a preview in 6-7 days. It is now the 19th. My customer dashboard is still saying "sent to artist". Received an email on the 10th saying if I placed my order between the 2nd and 5th, I'd get my preview in 4-6 days. It's been 10 days, still no preview. Customer service is non responsive. Christmas is in less than a week. Wondering if I didn't just get taken for my moneym

Very disappointed, order on 30th November, have emailed the last 5 days , no response, very poor service, wouldn’t recommend

It has been 7 days and I haven’t heard anything about my order and when I go to the dashboard it says it still needs to be reviewed! Will I ever get the images I paid for?
