I like the filter options for selections of single vs double animals, I only wish the discount coupon would pop up before you checked out.

Great but no option to apply three pics for the three pet portraits what the hell?

Had a hard time with adding multiple filters in step 2 of the process, rest was easy and user-friendly

I would have liked to know if I would be able to see a preview of the portrait before it ships. That wasn't clear. Or guidance on how to choose a good photo for whichever template I chose. Other than that, the website was simple to use.

My only issue is I would like to load multiple pictures so the artist has a better idea of what my dog looks like. Other than that so far so good!

Simple and clean site. Easy to navigate. A little annoying when a large drop down menu appears when I and moving my cursor top to bottom, when trying to get to other functions. But over all it works!

I started on the desktop version on my computer and nothing would happen when I went to upload my images. I’d click upload and nothing. I tried enabling pop ups and everything I could think of. It is a highly secure work computer so it could have been that but I couldn’t figure it out. I switched to mobile and it worked just fine. Overall it was great other than that one snag!

My only issue was having to send just one picture, I thought I had read that you wanted two pictures of each subject, however when I ordered I was only allowed one picture per subject. The whole process was pretty easy overall!
