I’m so surprised by how many good reviews this company has. I was very excited to get a portrait of our dogs as “peaky blinders” for my husband for Christmas as he loves the show. I sent Pictures in and placed my order a week before thanksgiving. Two weeks before Christmas they sent me the product for review and oh my gosh it was not what I expected. I was under the impression it was going to be a painting or something digital that looks like a painting according to the other finished products they show on their website. It literally looked like they cut out the heads of my dogs and just pasted them on another painting, the hats were off centered the head wasn’t lined up with the body it was terrible. I emailed them asking if there was a way to revise the painting I also asked if I should send better pictures but really needed to know if we did revise it would it be delivered by Christmas. I heard nothing from this company there is no phone number no live chat just email. I lost my cool as I was exploring the site and saw there is no refund available to customers. So at this point I’m really upset because it spent $78 dollars on this picture with no way of reaching any customer service and no way of getting a refund no one to talk to and placed my order a week before thanksgiving. So I wrote them a “Karen” email which I never do on the 18th of December usually it takes two weeks for them to respond even though their site says they respond in 72 hours. Well surprisingly I got two emails on the morning of the 19th one saying please fill out this revision form, no link to this “form” second email sent on the same day and same time saying “this is out 2nd attempt to reach you to fill out your revision form” are you freaking kidding me. So now it’s less then a week before Christmas and I have a screwed up disappointing painting that hasn’t even “gone to print” and no possibility of a refund and it won’t be here by Christmas I’m assuming and no way of talking with anyone. I’m so disappointed this company is a rip off with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen I will be telling anyone and everyone to be ware before ordering and I’ll be doing better as far as thoroughly looking at the website and company before I do some like this again

Ordered on 12/4 with picture with a queue jump paid for as well. Multiple correspondences from them, none of which was regarding progress of order. Idiotically they sent a request for a review of their service, which wouldn't have crossed my mind while still behind schedule. 15 days out without even a preview(12/19). This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but will likely be a New Years...maybe Valentine's Gift? It doesn't seem like any of the reviews on here have a response. I'd suggest that people on here with similar concerns should start tagging them on Instagram accounts under some fun hashtags like #crownandpause, or #frownandpay. Seems social media is the only place their customer service is active, outside of all the positive reviews here from their employees. As an aside, their website shows a 100% 5 star reviews. Should have known better than to trust a review stack from the salespeople. Inspired a false sense of confidence.

I placed my order 11/29 and haven’t received a proof. I’ve reached out twice and no one has contacted me. I understand that it’s a high traffic time of year and patience is needed for all of us during this time, but I’m disappointed that no one has contacted me at all.

I have received no updates, no promised proof, and no answer to my emails about order status. I have, however, received multiple marketing emails and been bombarded by a social media campaign. Perhaps the marketing budget should be reallocated to actually producing the items and communicating with existing customers. F for customer service. At this point I’m taking it as a loss...lesson learned. Read the reviews before you order!

It's been a week since I placed the order and, other than accepting my photo, nothing has happened. Strange, non-communicative process so far. I'll be happy to update the review if things change. Right now I'm seriously doubting this purchase.

I’d love to leave an honest review, but I still have t seen a preview for my order that placed in the beginning of December. I paid extra to try and get it before Christmas, however I have not seen anything but ads and “leave reviews” emails. Nothing on my order.

Company appears to be a scam. Placed an order on 11/29. They suggested I use a different photo than the one that I chose. First draft came 10 days later (long after their promise of 4-6 days) and was not as expected. I asked them to use the photo I originally selected and was hoping that after one basic round of revisions, it would be ready to ship. The company has ghosted me since 12/15, no response to emails at all and no updates to shipment despite their promise for the item to arrive on 12/24. This has been a really shaky experience so far and I plan to update this further if the item fails to reach us by Christmas Eve as the company's CEO has promised. Thank you.

They take forever to produce, even if you pay extra to "jump the line" at checkout it doesn't matter, and they ignore any messages you try and contact them with. I ordered my photo at the beginning of December, and nowhere did it say I wouldn't be able to receive it by Christmas, in fact right after I placed my order I received a mass email from them letting their customers know that customers that had placed their order just a couple days before mine would be sent a review in a 4-6 days. It has been almost 2 weeks for me and no word from them, even though I paid the extra to "jump the line" and get mine worked on right away. So with their phrasing one would assume that at least within a week of order I should have been sent a review, which I have not. If they had said somewhere either on the front page or during checkout that I would be waiting this long I would have ordered from a different site. All I remember it saying while I was doing my order that they artist generally take a few days to get it ready (especially for the jump the line people), and that after my review it would be shipped, which they did say the shipping could take awhile depending on covid factors and holiday rush and such, which that is understandable. However, it is currently a few days before Christmas and they haven't even sent me a photo to review yet. Even if they miraculously send it to me today or tomorrow, the only chance I have of getting it anywhere close to Christmas is if the first draft is perfect and needs no edits and they send it overnight mail, and there are no delays in transit. They also ask you to "review them" right after you place your order so they can get you at your happiest, before you get angry and frustrated with them. Luckily I waited so I am able to make this accurate review now. If somehow I do get this by Christmas I will update my review, but if not it will stay as is. An accurate representation of mine and many customers anger and frustration with them ruining our Christmas gifts to our loved ones.
