The website was easy to navigate and very straightforward, I don’t feel I can give a full review until I receive the item and it meets my expectations.

The website is fine and gives you a nice variety of choices. Unfortunately, when they say you'll receive a preview of your product in 2-3 days, that seems to be untrue. I've been waiting 11 days since I submitted my pictures and still have no preview.

Excited for my purchase. Hopefully it comes quicker than expected as it is a Xmas gift. A bit pricy even with the cyber Monday deal but hopefully worth it

Once I realised that I couldn't order using my smart phone the process, on my laptop, was incredibly simple. Just waiting to view my proof now.

Everything looked great in the site, I would just recommend letting people upload 2 or 3 photos just in case the one isn’t great.

Pretty user friendly! Would have liked if I could add multiple pictures to allow for optimal choice. Had a small hiccup on my part and the team promptly helped me correct it!

I have two pets and wanted a portrait of each. Perhaps it was my fault, but I found navigating my choice difficult. Navigating a portrait of both on one canvas was simple, but ordering two separate portraits of each was more confusing for me.
