It's been a week and since I placed my order and I haven't heard anything. I have no idea what to expect as far as timing and there has been no communication from C&P since my I placed the order.

I ordered a product two weeks ago expecting to receive it by Christmas. The web page still shows it as processing before even going to an artist for competition. I’ve emailed customer support twice with no response. I’d call, but can’t find a phone number on the website.

TERRIBLE customer service I've tried reaching out to customer service 4 separate times, have left multiple comments on your instagram page, and still never heard back. Ridiculous frankly. Also placed my order a week ago, paid for skip the queue, and never heard anything about my artwork. REFUND ME!!

This company is not good. Don’t plan on giving these funny pictures as special gifts, they’ll never get there by the set date and you’ll be lucky to get them at all. Lesson learned. Ruined a Christmas gift for my mom. Good job.

Can't access my profile to track order progress 13 days after placing it. The paid option to jump queue apparently doesnt work. Owner doesnt answer to my emails and instagram messages about those concerns. Of course I get spammed daily with speciial offers for potential future purchases. As of now I seriously consider asking for a Paypal refund.as this service looks to me as a scam

I’ve reached out several times and still no response on the status of my order that was placed several weeks ago.

I haven’t gotten a proof of my order, placed before December, so I won’t get the Christmas gift in time. Haven’t responded to my inquiries about it. I’m sure it’s a busy time but that’s got to be expected. I thought this was going to be the best gift under the tree. Turns out it won’t be there at all.

I have been waiting almost a month on one phone case to “printing.” As we speak I’m still waiting so god only knows how much longer I’ll be waiting. Figured this would be a good Christmas present but it’s more than likely won’t be.
